1.) Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join Impressive Merch Stores. This role focuses on signing schools for our custom-branded fundraising merchandise stores. The Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying potential school partners, presenting our fundraising solution, and closing deals to help schools raise funds effortlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Prospect Schools – Develop relationships with athletic departments, PTAs, booster clubs, and school administrators.

  • Lead Generation & Cold Outreach – Contact 40-50 schools per month via phone, email, and in-person visits.

  • Sales Presentations & Closing Deals – Schedule 3-5 meetings per week to showcase the value of Impressive Merch Stores.

  • Relationship Management – Provide ongoing support to schools to maximize sales and fundraising success.

  • Marketing & Promotions Support – Assist schools in social media marketing, event promotions, and email outreach.

  • Sales Targets & Performance Tracking – Maintain records of leads, conversions, and revenue metrics in our CRM.

  • Achieve Growth Goals – Sign 6-8 new schools per month, aiming for 50+ active schools by year-end.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales experience (B2B, fundraising, or school sales preferred).

  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to clearly explain fundraising benefits and close deals.

  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Ability to Travel Locally – Must have reliable transportation to visit schools in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

    • Mileage reimbursement available at $0.67 per mile or a monthly fuel stipend based on travel needs.

  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using email, CRM software, and social media for outreach.

  • Passion for Fundraising & Education – Background in education, athletics, or nonprofit fundraising is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Base Salary: $35,000 per year
📈 Commission: 10% on gross sales from signed schools
💵 Estimated Total Earnings: $75,000 - $90,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonuses)
🎯 Bonus Structure: $5,000 bonus for every 10 schools signed above target

2.) Design / Print Production

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

About Us:

Impressive Merch Stores specializes in Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, providing high-quality transfers and custom prints for businesses, schools, and organizations. We operate using Mimaki TXF300 printers and seek a skilled DTF Print Machine Operator to manage daily production and job setups using various graphic design software.

Responsibilities:

✅ Daily Production Management – Operate Mimaki TXF300 printers to print high-quality DTF transfers.

✅ Job Setup & File Preparation – Use graphic design software to prepare files for printing.

✅ Software Proficiency – Work with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Kittl for design adjustments.

✅ Quality Control – Ensure prints meet color accuracy and production standards.

✅ Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform basic printer maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.

✅ Workflow Coordination – Manage daily job scheduling and ensure on-time production.

✅ Collaboration – Work with the production team to improve efficiency and maintain quality output.

Qualifications:

✔ Experience in Digital Printing Preferred – Prior experience with DTF, DTG, or other digital printers is a plus.

✔ Graphic Design Experience Required – Must be proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Kittl.

✔ Attention to Detail – Ability to ensure precise color matching and print quality.

✔ Technical Skills – Understanding of file formats, RIP software, and printer settings.

✔ Organized & Efficient – Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines. ✔ Fast Learner – Graphic designers with no direct print experience are encouraged to apply if they have strong software knowledge.
